At Artsire, we proudly ship our custom wall art across the United States. Currently, our shipping services are available exclusively for US addresses. We’re excited to announce that we are actively exploring options to offer worldwide international shipping very soon.
By placing an order on Artsire.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. If you have any questions about our shipping policies or need help before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our Contact Page.
1. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via “UPS Ground Shipping”, estimated to arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivered via “UPS 3 Day Select”, estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered via “FedEx Standard Overnight”, arriving in 1 business day after dispatch.
Please note: These shipping methods and delivery times may vary or change at any time. If a specific shipping option is unavailable, we reserve the right to select an alternative method without prior approval to ensure that your shipment arrives as quickly and reliably as possible.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times consist of two parts:
- Production Time:
- Each product is custom-made upon order and may take 1–4 business days to produce (for popular items, production may be completed within 24–48 hours).
- Shipping Time (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
Important: The shipping time estimates are counted from the date of dispatch and do not include the product production time. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier availability and other unforeseen factors.
Please Note: If any information provided during the ordering process—including, but not limited to, your shipping address, payment details, or other personal data—is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent, we reserve the right to verify these details and/or contact you prior to commencing production. Consequently, production may be delayed until the necessary information is confirmed and any discrepancies are resolved.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- The product type and size.
- The number of products in each order.
- The selected shipping method.
- Your delivery location.
As we ship a mix of framed and unframed prints in various sizes, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the items in your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
For orders with tracking, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this email or need assistance, you can also contact us through our Contact Page to request your tracking link or check your order status.
Tracking data is stored and used solely for delivery optimization and is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Note: Artsire relies on third-party carriers to provide tracking information. While we strive to ensure tracking details are accurate, Artsire is not liable for errors, delays, or discrepancies in tracking updates. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for real-time assistance if issues arise.
5. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address:
- Before Dispatch: Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page. We will do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before order dispatch. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Artsire will not issue a refund. Customers may be required to cover additional costs for reshipping the item to the correct address.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If your product arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected timeframe (the delivery time estimate provided at checkout), please visit our Refund & Returns Policy page for detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Due to the AI generation and custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, details, or finish may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the artwork. These variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for claims or refunds.
To process claims for damaged or missing products, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and retain all original packaging for inspection. Artsire reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these requirements. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for resolution.
7. Sustainability and Local Fulfillment
We are committed to minimizing environmental impact by using a localized fulfillment model. Your order will be produced and shipped from the print facility closest to your location when possible, reducing shipping distances and delivery times while supporting sustainable practices.
8. Worldwide Shipping and Future Expansion
At this time, Artsire ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. However, we are excited to announce that we are actively working on expanding our shipping services internationally. Our rollout plan begins with select EU countries, and we anticipate extending our coverage to the rest of the world very soon.

9. Delayed Orders
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Carrier processing delays.
- Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us through our Contact Page. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
In cases where an order is not delivered within 30 business days:
- Artsire will initiate an investigation with the courier.
- This process may require customer cooperation (e.g., verifying details or providing additional information).
- Resolution timelines are subject to the carrier’s investigation process, which may extend beyond our control.
If an order is deemed lost and the courier denies liability, Artsire reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, whether to issue a replacement or a refund. Customers will be notified of the resolution process and provided with options where applicable.

Artsire reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
