Due to the nature of AI-generated images plus the differences between digital screens and physical printing processes:

2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Because each Artsire product is uniquely crafted for you and printed upon order, returns are generally not possible. However, we’re committed to addressing issues promptly if:
Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective: If your order is damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it upon verification.
You Received the Wrong Item: If the item you received differs significantly from your order (e.g., wrong size, frame, or frame color), we will correct it at no extra cost (minor variations in color or detail due to the AI generation and printing process are not considered a “wrong item”).

5.1 Non-Refundable
Purchased “Generation Points,” used to create AI-generated wall art, are non-refundable once bought.

6. International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export and import laws. Artsire cannot be held liable for delays or issues arising from non-compliance with customs regulations.
6.1 Customs & Import Fees
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries.
6.2 Return Shipping
For valid claims requiring a return, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for selecting a return shipping method approved by Artsire. If return shipping costs exceed the value of the item, Artsire may provide alternative resolution options, such as partial refunds or discounts on future purchases.
6.3 European Union Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, custom-made or personalized products (including all Artsire products) are typically exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
6.4 Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address during checkout. Artsire is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
